This was my first time visiting this training restaurant since it opened at the Angers wholesale market.
It was an excellent experience; we were served by very friendly and well-supervised catering students. They deserve our encouragement, because what they're doing is truly outstanding.

The menu was a hit with everyone (generous portions, beautifully presented), and the staff were charming and discreet.
I highly recommend this restaurant, which showcases young talent in a wonderful way.
