This was my first time visiting this training restaurant since it opened at the Angers wholesale market. It was an excellent experience; we were served by very friendly and well-supervised catering students. They deserve our encouragement, because what they're doing is truly outstanding.

A very pleasant lunch and a wonderful discovery of a welcoming place. The menu was a hit with everyone (generous portions, beautifully presented), and the staff were charming and discreet. I highly recommend this restaurant, which showcases young talent in a wonderful way.

18/05/2026: For a first visit, everything is perfect, the small appetite menu is very good, the service is fast and the "crepe makers" are friendly and helpful.
09/05/2026: I've loved them since I was little, and I'm still loyal to the simple butter and sugar crepe – it's the best here!! I highly recommend it!

12/04/2026: Home-style cooking made with love! My go-to lunch spot, and the bobun is fantastic.
05/04/2026: Delicious pho, bobun, and satisfying spring rolls. We had already been here 3 years ago and ate very well. However, the waitress was very unfriendly, which is a shame.
