Very good traditional cuisine, good service and value for money, small caveat to the term “Vegan” on the menu… the dishes contain cheese which is not “vegan”, the vegetarian term would be more appropriate.

Third visit to this restaurant, and never disappointed. Quality local dishes (quality sauerkraut and flamekueches), very warm welcome, friendly setting in a stone cellar. Next visit to Kaysersberg, I would return there, for sure.

Excellent Baeckeoffe (very hearty) as well as the sauerkraut. What about dessert? Kougelhopf glazed with kirsch 20/20.👍 A very nice place at Christmas time 🎄🎅 We will return with great pleasure. 😉 Myriam & Fabrice

A very pleasant discovery thanks to the gourmet passport. The boss is particularly welcoming and friendly. The situation in the old basement is pleasant. The service is fast, the menu is varied. Beautiful plates and very well cooked and the quantities are balanced. Seeing the other dishes pass by, everything made us want to taste them! We were really delighted with this meal!

04/09/2024: The terrace is the best thing about the restaurant. Unfortunately, the schnitzel and its breading were unseasoned and tasteless. The quiche, on the other hand, was really tasty, but at €16 we expected more than two forkfuls of salad as a side dish.

17/12/2024: Young man who knows how to take care of our table not pleasant at all we had the impression of bothering him Very long service Level of dish very very good but the icing on the cake we were offered a green salad with our dish for us it was a free accompaniment of the So we took 2 which cost us 8 euros for the 2 salads, very inflated prices. When it's time to pay, we kindly point it out at the cash register and they say yes, well, it's not me who sets the prices, oh, we're not attacking you, we're just telling you that the price is expensive for a salad with a sauce that isn't generous. above baeckof restaurant plus salad 20 euros if we had seen this before we would not have stopped at this one
15/12/2024: Good brewery. Friendly staff. The baeckoffe is good and in sufficient quantity for an average eater. The tartes flambees look very good too. The price of aperitifs and drinks is not excessive.
