Restaurant Le Caveau, France sur Kaysersberg

Very good traditional cuisine, good service and value for money, small caveat to the term “Vegan” on the menu… the dishes contain cheese which is not “vegan”, the vegetarian term would be more appropriate.

We go there every time we visit Alsace, the welcome is always great and the tartes flambées are great.. see you soon

Great ambience, super courteous service and delicious food. Definitely worth a visit.

Third visit to this restaurant, and never disappointed. Quality local dishes (quality sauerkraut and flamekueches), very warm welcome, friendly setting in a stone cellar. Next visit to Kaysersberg, I would return there, for sure.

Excellent Baeckeoffe (very hearty) as well as the sauerkraut. What about dessert? Kougelhopf glazed with kirsch 20/20.👍 A very nice place at Christmas time 🎄🎅 We will return with great pleasure. 😉 Myriam & Fabrice

Nice and fast service but the quality was not that high. Also the rapport price quality was not that good in our opinion

A very pleasant discovery thanks to the gourmet passport. The boss is particularly welcoming and friendly. The situation in the old basement is pleasant. The service is fast, the menu is varied. Beautiful plates and very well cooked and the quantities are balanced. Seeing the other dishes pass by, everything made us want to taste them! We were really delighted with this meal!
