Restaurant Le Cercle sur Guebwiller

Overall, a mixed experience. The setting is pleasant and the waitress was friendly. The burger was well-presented and the spätzle (more like large dumplings) were very good. However, a few things disappointed us. The fries weren't homemade, which is a shame. The chanterelle mushrooms contained a lot of sand. When we pointed this out, we were told that "it's a risk." We understand that this can happen, but for a €33 dish, we expected better quality control. The ribeye steak lacked tenderness and the sauce was a bit too salty for our taste. Finally, the dessert menu is presented in a very fancy format. We would have appreciated more options to finish the meal and a more appealing presentation. This is a place with some positive aspects, but it could still improve considering the prices. 😊

First time dining here for my family and me, and we were delighted! A very good restaurant, with a very warm welcome from the two waitresses, who were smiling and attentive throughout the meal. The dishes were beautifully presented and, above all, lived up to our expectations. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

Incredible experience... passing through Guebwiller, we were looking for a restaurant for lunch... and we discovered a fantastic place! A wonderful welcome with smiles, kindness, and helpfulness... and huge portions on the plates. Honestly, go there without hesitation, you won't be disappointed... thank you for everything and don't change a thing, you're the best!

I ate there this Saturday evening with my family, on the terrace for five people. We were all very satisfied with the dinner. It was delicious and plentiful, and the service was quick and efficient. The lady answered our questions and gave us excellent wine recommendations. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.
