Half-day spa with massage, good overall, small but clean and cozy, very good massage 👍🏻

We received a gift package including a spa treatment, a 5-course meal, an overnight stay, and breakfast. At the spa, we couldn't get the jacuzzi to start, and there was no one to help us as the two receptionists were busy with other clients. The hammam was cold. The sauna was adequate. As for the restaurant, we loved everything; the food was delicious, and the staff were discreet and efficient, making us feel very comfortable. We were very disappointed by the room and the dated, charmless bathroom. We were cold and woken up at 6:00 a.m. by the noise of the stables—tractor and other equipment! There was no coffee or herbal tea in the room, and the minibar was hidden in a cupboard with no indication of whether we could get a bottle of water or the prices. Breakfast was excellent. However, there were no tablecloths on the tables. For a 4-star hotel, we have mixed feelings. To apologize for the inconvenience, they offered a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. In short, we might come back for the restaurant but not for the hotel.

I stayed at the Château de la Dame Blanche for business. The overnight package (half-board) is excellent value for money! Upgraded room and top-notch bedding. The meals are simply delicious and prepared with passion. Impeccable service with attentive and discreet waiters. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Château de la Dame Blanche and appreciated its very convenient location, especially its proximity to the highway. However, several things disappointed us for a 4-star establishment. First, the €30 dog supplement seemed excessive, especially for a small dog weighing only 2 kg. Usually, for a fee of around €15–20, a basket, a bowl, or a small welcome kit is provided. Here, there was absolutely nothing, which doesn't really justify the price. Another surprise for a hotel of this standard: no bottled water was provided in the room, which is a shame. We had a room overlooking the stables and were woken up at 6 a.m. by the noise of tractors, something to consider for those seeking peace and quiet. Finally, we had dinner in the restaurant and found it regrettable that we couldn't order à la carte. Offering only a substantial five-course menu in the evening isn't ideal on weekdays when you're looking for a lighter dinner. In short, the setting is pleasant and the location convenient, but several aspects could be improved given the establishment's overall standard.
