We were delighted with our arrival here, envelope ready with all instructions, very clear. Room was great and met our needs for that night. Also really nice surroundings and attention to detail. Will come back here and recommend it to others.

Great experience at the Ginko cabin 😍 I have read some opinions, yes sleeping in the woods, spoiler alert: insects, spiders, squirrels, ... So I easily understand that you should not eat or drink otherwise the ants will quickly arrive... Everything was clean (but yes there are insects in it since the tree is *in* the cabin!) yes spiders are wandering around in the sink, we are trying to move them without killing them... Concerning the shower, the drainage system may have a problem, but once again we're in a cabin guys... If needed to improve we could put mosquito nets to be able to open the windows. Otherwise the rest was magical! The staff was great, the breakfast too (on the other hand 'fruit salad from the castle' I didn't see where you grow the pineapples & kiwis 😅) it was very calm, pleasant. When I was afraid of being 5m away the person accompanied me to see if it was ok otherwise she was ready to offer me another room. In short, what we expect from this type of accommodation :)

Nous venons régulièrement et tout est parfait : le cadre est magnifique, le service adorable et dans l'assiette c'est toujours très réussi : bon, fin, original, bien présenté... Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent

Nous avons passé un super moment à se délecter de toutes ces saveurs étonnantes :) Le service était parfait ! Une équipe souriante !

At first glance, a beautiful park and the building and outbuildings greet you. The first impression of the room was also very good - until you took a closer look: spider webs in the corners. The restaurant had an evening menu (€50 per person plus drinks) and no other choice, so we ate out. Not only the 1001 mosquitoes, but also the defective blinds gave us a short night. We then wanted to travel on earlier and discovered that the opening times on the travel portals at the reception are not correct - it was not possible to leave before 8 a.m. this Saturday - it is noted that it is 6:30 a.m. Friendliness of the staff, the young receptionist yesterday was simply great, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, today's receptionist completely ruined the positive impression of the staff. The checkout took over 20 minutes because the lady still had to sort out receipts - our payment process ultimately took 2 minutes. The lady seemed overwhelmed, in a bad mood and hectic. All in all we cannot recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay with my husband. Spa day, duo massage then 5-course meal Awakening the senses. It was very pleasant and we enjoyed ourselves. Chateau located in a beautiful, quiet, wooded area. Refined decoration. Cleanliness and very pleasant welcome. No complaints. The only downside is that we don't necessarily have a room in the castle, we didn't know that and that disappointed us a little. Our room located in the modern building next to the castle was nevertheless very charming, clean, comfortable and functional. With exterior access and view of trees, squirrels. Incredibly complete and delicious breakfast. Very nice. Accustomed to stays in establishments of this type, some sometimes much more expensive are not worth this one. To do again!
