Very nice place to eat, from the welcome to the kitchen to the meal service, everything is top notch! We come here at least twice a month, never disappointed!!! I really recommend this place! Maxime and Maëlle

Good welcome, quality menu. Unfortunately it was too hot in the room. Luckily a waiter went to get a fan.

Very good restaurant. We see that the cook is having fun. There is a herb and flower garden. Is that where he gets his supplies? The desserts could be improved. Friendly service but very rushed, a bit of a wait. Expensive but worth the detour.

Ambitious and imaginative cuisine but the execution is not always there: if the sweetbreads are perfect, the foie gras ballotin has no significant crunchy counterpart apart from a tiny vine of brioche, the next day the cod steak is overcooked. The service is incredibly long, we are sometimes left without cutlery or bread (which is quite ordinary). On the hotel side, the room is very small and very warm because it faces west.

Regulars of the place. We come back with pleasure.

Restaurant le Cheval Blanc in Ferrières-en-Gàtinais. A very beautiful official ceremony took place on April 12, 2024 with the Brotherhood of the Golden Sabre🗡🍾 Inductions of some Knights-sabreur and a Master-sabreur, Mr Xavier PARIS, hotelier-restaurateur and owner of the premises. A first “Caveau de Sabrage” was inaugurated in its beautiful establishment where its customers can come and learn how to sabre🗡🍾 a bottle of champagne ordered for the aperitif and/or for the meal. A good gourmet dinner well orchestrated by its good chef 👨‍🍳Rémy Mariolles and his team was served to us, all the bottles were slashed. Thanks again to the team in the room for the very good organization of the evening. The group of Trompe Blowers 📯⚜️📯 "les Echos du Grand Ponteau" livened up the evening, a big thank you to Mrs. Anne Elisabeth EVRARD👍📯🙏📯 A big thank you to everyone for this great event 🙏👍👏👏👏
