05/03/2026: A very pleasant and highly recommended experience. Amazing buffet 🙌 They let us take photos of the dishes containing gluten; we could eat the rest. There was a great variety, but we couldn't try everything. They brought us all the gluten-free bread we wanted without charging extra. The staff spoke, or at least tried to speak, Spanish. The service was very friendly. It would be a good idea to also have the names of the dishes in English or Spanish. The number of diners was a bit annoying, as there were queues for the hot dishes…

05/03/2026: Not much to complain about regarding the food: it's generally very good. However, I had a bad experience regarding the possibility of getting a refund for two missed reservations due to car trouble. I met all the theoretical conditions for a refund according to their terms and conditions. I sent a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, including all supporting documents, in November 2025, to which I never received a reply. I followed up by email in January 2026, again with no response. Furthermore, they are unreachable by phone. Clearly, Les Grands Buffets de Narbonne is counting on customers becoming tired and giving up, which is why they can justify their refund request. It's simply dishonest!
