A very beautiful culinary journey!. We embarked last night for a course of 6 dishes, each more delicious than the last. The only downside was that the Kobe meat, which is known to be very tender, disappointed us a little. The chef, smiling and affable, even came to cook the prawns at our table. Very attentive and professional staff. A Michelin star? The Faventia deserves 2 in our eyes. The setting for this gem of gastronomy is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe, in Tourrettes in the Var. Works of art are in the spotlight in the 300 hectares of this exceptional place.

Fabulous dinner at Favencia yesterday around a magnificent menu in an exceptional location! A delicate, creative, tasty, light cuisine, from appetizers to dessert. The products are sublimated, the seasoning is precisely dosed. In the dining room the team is smiling and professional. A table to discover absolutely. Not all the stars will be in the sky... What an experience. Beautiful surroundings, amazing food and exceptional staff. Even when your ApplePay stops working when it's time to pay the bill! Never once made us feel uncomfortable about the slight hiccup when settling the bill (wife had to drive to the house to get cash/cards!). Could not recommend any higher. Thank you. Stephen & Family.

What a pleasure to taste the cuisine of this great chef Christophe Schmitt. Delicate dishes with exceptional flavor. Perfect service in a magnificent setting. And for Finish extraordinary desserts. Without a doubt one of the greatest tables in France.
