A hidden gem in the mountains. I have nothing more to say except to recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The Valentine's Day menu was exceptional from start to finish; the flavors were spot on, not to mention the impeccable service.

A true delight for the taste buds. The team is very friendly and professional, the dishes are generous and delicious, and the sensory interludes are very pleasant. A wonderful experience, thank you!

An unforgettable experience! It begins with the warm smile of the hostess. You feel right at home among friends. The dining room is magnificent, with its furniture, lamps, and decorations. Then there's the wine list and the sommelier's recommendations for wines to pair with the dishes. And indeed, the dishes, beyond their visual appeal, are exceptionally refined. The combination of styles is surprising and subtle. The progression of the five senses from appetizers to main courses and dessert is absolutely perfect. Perfection at every level; there's nothing more to add except that we'll be back as soon as possible. Thank you to the team for allowing us to spend an evening outside of time, an evening that awakened all five senses.

We had an exceptional weekend with friends, starting Friday evening at the Hotel and Restaurant Le France. The "Awakening of the Senses" evening was a delightful surprise, presented in a very pleasant and convivial atmosphere. The chef offers sophisticated cuisine that invites you to be surprised by delicate and nuanced flavors. We were able to discover numerous dishes throughout the weekend, each with its own unique flavor profile. The rooms were well-maintained and very practical; we highly recommend this establishment for all the services it offers.

Excellent! Everything was perfect, from the quality of the food and the friendliness of the service team to the presentation of the dishes. I highly recommend it!

The flavors were surprising and very interesting. Wonderful discoveries! Moreover, the journey through the five senses with original petit fours was a delight! I would have given it 5 stars if the service had been on par with the food. Unfortunately, after the main course, we were practically forgotten! It took over 45 minutes to receive the cheese course (and finally the desserts, not to mention the coffees which had to be ordered three times!). This unfortunately detracts from the overall impression, even though the food is truly excellent. A shame 🤷‍♀️
