Delicious food, we must admit, despite the bitter taste of a menu paid for twice by a guest who quickly left to catch his train and then by the organizer of our trip who did not argue when the owner announced that the dish has not been paid for. The chef is funny.

We went to this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of the owner of our hotel. Good to know: the dog was welcome here. It is a small restaurant with about a dozen tables. There are some menu suggestions on chalkboards and you can also make an a la carte choice from another blackboard. Even though we wanted to choose various dishes from the menus, but not other dishes, they were flexible in this, which also helped that it was very quiet: this would not be possible during the high season. We chose a salad nicoise and the magret de canard. Also an escalope de Poulet with sauce forestiere. Really fantastic, very tasty and tender. For dessert we opted for a chocolate mousse and crème brule. In short, if you are in Remiremont or the surrounding area, it is definitely worth driving here.

Very friendly welcome and delicious food

Entrée-plat-dessert du jour pour 19 €, rien à dire au niveau rapport qualité-prix. La brique de jambon au cheddar accompagnée de sa salade était très bonne, la joue de porc succulente (un seul bémol sur les pommes de terre accompagnant la joue de porc, je n'ai pas aimé la variété cuisinée) et pour finir une tarte au citron meringuée maison. Un cadre un peu vintage et un accueil chaleureux vous met en condition. Les plats sont délicieux et originaux ( cheese cake chèvre cacahuètes en entrée .. miam miam) dans une ambiance détente avec de la musique latino. On recommande vivement !
