Simple and good food. We had dandelion salad and a burger. The atmosphere was a bit cold, too much direct light. Small candles or soft lighting at each table would make it feel warmer.

We had our company Christmas meal in one of their chalets. The chalet atmosphere was lovely, and being isolated was really nice. We chose the raclette menu. The cheese was good, but the dessert was really disappointing: some people had ice cream, which they didn't like, and others had fruit salad, which was canned—disappointing. So, the chalet atmosphere was great, but I won't comment on the food...

The daily specials are good, but a little more sauerkraut and an extra potato would be nice. The fish was very good...or perhaps offer a horseradish sauce...the desserts are good and the gourmet coffee is very well presented. (I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because it was noisy.)

22/02/2026: We had an absolutely wonderful time at this restaurant for a family meal, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The welcome was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which immediately put the whole family at ease. The dishes were simply delicious: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and perfectly balanced flavors. Each plate was as beautiful as it was tasty. Everyone, young and old, thoroughly enjoyed themselves, which is quite rare and worth mentioning! The service was impeccable, quick without being rushed, with a smiling and always available staff. The friendly and elegant atmosphere makes it an ideal place to share a moment with family. We left with wonderful memories and the desire to return very soon. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

20/03/2026: A classic but a good one, one of the best tarte flambées!
13/03/2026: Very good. We had the beef fillet with morel sauce 😋. Impeccable service and a great menu. The ingredients are always fresh, considering how popular the place is. Reservations are recommended. Dogs are welcome.
