The food is refined and delicious. The welcome is very friendly. We ate in the conservatory as a group. If you're in the Murat area, stop by; you'll be very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food!

Every time we come to Auvergne, we happily try to go to this restaurant that we love; we appreciate the food and the service.

I've lost count of the time I've spent in this restaurant since 2021; it's always a delight. Today, as a gift from our children, we tried the "feet under the table" menu, a surprise menu with wine pairings. What a surprise: foie gras, marinated trout, scallops, capon, cheeses, and chocolate tart with lemon-infused fromage blanc ice cream, each course paired with a perfectly chosen wine to awaken our palates. We also enjoyed the house cocktails as an aperitif and the herbal infusions at the end of the meal. A huge thank you to the entire Jarousset team, the waitresses who presented the dishes so beautifully, and the kitchen staff, not forgetting our chef, Jérôme. See you very soon!
