Restaurant Le Manoir des Impressionnistes sur Honfleur

We stayed at the Manoir des Impressionnistes in Honfleur. The hotel is magnificent and located right on the seafront. We had a spacious room with a sea view. The restaurant has a Michelin star and is exceptional; we couldn't have been more satisfied. Special mention goes to the receptionists and concierge; their hospitality and service were top-notch and outstanding! Everything was perfect!

Perfect Hide Away for 1-2 nights... wonderful view to Le Havre and quite a special place

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a magnificent and charming room. We highly recommend opting for the breakfast, which features fresh, local products and offers a view of the Seine Bay. A big thank you to the hotel staff, who were welcoming and attentive; we will definitely be back.

Three-night stay in a cozy room with a garden view. Overall, excellent service and very high-end staff. Excellent breakfast (except for the cold cuts, which could be better). Excellent dining area and workspace. Magnificent location with a beautiful view. Excellent bedding. Weak points: small room, cluttered by a wardrobe. Bathroom ventilation not continuous and therefore insufficient: musty smell and deteriorating sealant.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable with a magnificent sea view. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The staff, and especially the owner, were incredibly attentive and kind. A cozy, gourmet, and authentic Norman getaway. We will gladly return.

This review concerns only the restaurant: The location is undoubtedly the highlight, however, the quality of the food served is very disappointing! We dined there on February 14, 2026: the scallop tartare was bland, the sea bass fillet overcooked, and the seasonal vegetable side dish was adequate. The apple tart was cold, with a cardboard-like crust, and the shortcrust pastry of the lemon tart wasn't any better. The white wine by the glass initially offered was truly awful; we were given a Burgundy which was good, but not chilled enough. Regarding the restrooms, there was no heating; the thermostat was reading 13.6°C (55°F)... we reported this early in the evening, and again later, as nothing had been done. The hostess even told me it would be warm around midnight... was she joking? The bill was very high and far too high for the poor quality of the food. Fortunately, the servers were pleasant and efficient. Absolutely no value for money. The bill came to €200 for two people, including a €50 deposit they forgot to deduct when booking; we had to go back to claim it. And to top it all off, the restaurant's parking lot isn't lit or well-maintained. I do not recommend it.
