04/12/2025: An absolutely exceptional experience! We were greeted by Madame Hadja herself, the manager of M Burger in Évron—what can I say… an incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional woman. You immediately feel the passion and love she puts into her establishment. It's difficult to describe her other than as a presence that truly lights up the room. As for the meal… a pure culinary masterpiece. The hamburgers are simply exquisite, with a rare finesse and generosity. Each bite is a veritable explosion of flavors. The potatoes pair perfectly with the burger, and the tender, flavorful meat literally melts in your mouth. I almost felt like I was enjoying a fine dining experience worthy of a top restaurant, while still experiencing the authenticity of a burger made with passion. 09/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, the staff are very friendly, the homemade burgers are excellent, and the homemade tiramisu is to die for. I highly recommend it.
