20/08/2026: Passing through during our tourist getaway, we made our first stop on market day at the restaurant "La Terrasse," which refused us entry, even with our little Bichon Frise, to the terrace. Continuing our stroll through the town, we arrived at Mekong... A very warm welcome awaited us. We had lunch on the terrace on this beautiful day with our Bichon Frise, but we could also have eaten inside, which the friendly waiter offered us. The meal was very good and reasonably priced. Thank you and well done! They also accept both traditional and electronic holiday vouchers. We highly recommend this establishment.

05/08/2026: We went to eat there as a group of four for the first time.
We were disappointed!!!
When we got home, I noticed there was smoke and a strong smell of burnt oil, which after an hour in the establishment was stinging our eyes (a woman even opened the window in the dining room 😬). When our order arrived, my husband's beer was half full of foam because it had fallen over 🤷. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she said, "Uh, no... it didn't fall over, and there's still some left." Oh, right, half full... great 👍. Anyway... we decided not to be fussy customers!!
Then there was the egg-free and bacon-free burger 🤷🤷, and the duck breast burger had a tiny piece of duck and no sauce!!
So, I was extremely disappointed, and the waitress was acting in bad faith 🥴. When there's a mistake, you own up to it, you don't try to get out of it, you leave, that's the bare minimum.
It's a real shame because the place is nice, the presentation of the dishes is well done, and their bread is very good, so frankly, it's a pity.
28/07/2026: A pleasant atmosphere, good quality ingredients, and friendly, warm service.
I recommend it for a convivial and enjoyable meal.

20/08/2026: Very disappointing. The restaurant refused us entry because we had our little Havanese. Refusing pets is understandable, but refusing them on the terrace when there was plenty of space is very disappointing. As a result, we had lunch on the terrace at Mekong with a warm welcome, an excellent meal, and our very well-behaved little Havanese at our feet, as usual.

07/08/2026: A warm and friendly place, I highly recommend it! Special mention to the very attractive bartender, the one with the beautiful curly hair and the magnificent smile! Seeing him behind the bar when you arrive is a real treat for the eyes! It always sets the tone for a great evening! PS: We always cross our fingers that he'll be the one serving us #mathyslebg
27/07/2026: The atmosphere is good but I have to admit that seeing the glasses being "cleaned" in half a second with a squirt of water, with the DNA of the last 10 customers still present... It doesn't really appeal to me.

30/08/2026: The crepes are very good, in the city center, the service is quite fast, and the price-quality ratio is in line with the price.
19/08/2026: The place seemed peaceful, the welcome a bit cold, but with all the positive reviews, we figured it must be worth its weight in gold... and then it all went downhill... Arriving first, we were served quickly (aperitif before the galette, but didn't even have time to finish it)... There were six of us in the restaurant, and it was complete chaos... A beer spilled on the floor right from the start of service, and not even a mop afterward... The galettes were tasteless, except for the flavor of defrosting water... We had to wait for the waiter to come back so we could order a crepe for dessert, but no one ever came to see us... Our neighbors at the next table ordered their galettes but were still deciding on their drinks (10 seconds of deliberation) and got their galettes before their aperitifs, what a shame... A couple and their son ordered three Savoyard galettes, "Oh sorry, we can't make three, we don't have enough," even though it was just Three of those galettes were served that evening... in short, a real kitchen nightmare, worthy of the name... not to mention the very dirty apron... I would have loved to adore you, you seem very nice, but I can't let people say you're beyond reproach... a serious reassessment is necessary, perhaps even retirement
