Restaurant Le Moulin de la Renne sur Thesee

We were very pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel. The welcome was very friendly. And the food? A real treat! Delicious homemade dishes, and you can taste the difference. The chef was attentive to his guests. We will definitely return to this hotel.

An idyllic setting for relaxation. A renovated old mill nestled in a verdant setting with a small stream. Easy parking right next door. Beautifully decorated interior, from the bedroom to the dining room. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bedding. Impeccably clean. The evening and night were peaceful and restful, especially without the noise of children shouting and running around! The hotel is reserved for adults only, and it's wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, especially after the hustle and bustle of Beauval Zoo! On-site dining options include a continental breakfast and a delicious dinner. A big thank you to Julien and Émilie for their warm welcome.

We were quite satisfied with our stay at the Hôtel du Moulin de la Renne in Thésé. The hotel is ideally located, just 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The room was clean, simple but adequate, and the grounds are truly lovely and pleasant. However, we were disappointed by the owner's lack of attentiveness and friendliness, as she seemed more concerned with her own comfort than with her guests' needs. At breakfast, I simply asked if it would be possible to replace the pastries, compote, and jam with plain yogurt and a piece of cheese. This didn't seem like an unreasonable request. I understand that breakfast isn't à la carte, but it might be worthwhile to offer some less sweet and more varied options.

Stopped for dinner and an overnight stay. A very pleasant place. The couple is professional, very kind, and always smiling; we felt very comfortable. The homemade meal was perfect. Impeccable bedding. The breakfast was very generous. I highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome, simple but very clean and quiet room. The owners are friendly and very attentive, the restaurant menu was very good, as was the breakfast, all at a reasonable price. Finally, a lovely outdoor setting and ample parking.

Between visiting castles and the Beauval Zoo, this former mill is a place steeped in history. A charming and peaceful hotel with an exceptionally warm welcome. A very pleasant room with a view of nature, clean with a comfortable bed. The restaurant is delicious, offering truly excellent cuisine. Highly recommended.
