The attribution of stars is done on the basis of criteria, belonging to the following 4 categories: Quality of comfort of the equipment. Quality of customer services offered. Good practices in terms of respect for the environment.... all the criteria are respected so for me it is a 4 Star. A very nice surprise... I have no negative points to give. Good hotel at reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, no unwanted light. The breakfast is very good and the location is convenient for professional meetings in Les Milles, but very far from the center of Aix. There is no exterior and the surroundings are not very inviting, although calm.
We spontaneously stayed here for 2 nights of our tour after we couldn't find any accommodation in Marseille. Shortly after 10 p.m. we received a very friendly welcome at reception and were given a very modern, clean and well-air-conditioned room. The beds are very comfortable and we didn't hear the nearby street either. We were in the center of Marseille in 50 minutes by bus. Great value for money.
2 days of professional training including 1 night at the hotel. Difficult to park, plus the hotel is under construction so the entrance is less visible and not welcoming 😒 very disappointed because the room is only ready from 5 p.m. and we have to leave it at 11 a.m. max 😬 it's a bit expensive at night 👎🏾 patience at reception, the 2 young girls are in no hurry to direct us 😔 whereas in general we have just had a long journey and we can't wait to get into the room, shower ... 😮💨 Beautiful and clean room 👍🏾 the sliding door of the bathroom did not close, very annoying 😤👎🏾 the view from my window overlooked the works and the other buildings, too bad 😔 the evening meal was was very pleasant, friendly and dynamic staff 👍🏾😋 too bad our table was right next to the conference room because the door only opened, noisy every time the staff passed by 😔 drinks remain very expensive 🤯 be careful to your budget. I do not recommend for a family stay
