The menu focuses on fresh seafood and seasonal regional products, all beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Dishes such as the parillade de poissons, fresh oysters, and local anchovies stand out for their quality and balance, showcasing the best of the Mediterranean in an elegant way. Service is polished and attentive without feeling formal. The staff are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to wine recommendations, which elevate the overall dining experience. Finally, a word about the view (from the dining room or the terrace in summer), which sweeps across the bay and to the Royal Castle of Collioure – a view we never tire of. A very pleasant setting with a superb view of Collioure Bay. The New Year's Eve dinner was delicious and well-presented, with very attentive service. We were a little cold on the covered and heated terrace, but it must be said that the night was freezing.

We thoroughly enjoy our meals at this restaurant every time. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, made with fresh, local ingredients. The staff is always incredibly attentive. We highly recommend it!
