If you're looking for quality products and a good meal, then a stop at Le Passage restaurant in Saint-Cyprien is the perfect place. A very warm welcome, excellent homemade cuisine using fresh ingredients, superb foie gras—in short, nothing to complain about from appetizer to dessert, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

We received impeccable service, helpful advice, and delicious, homemade local produce. The mussels with their divine Roquefort sauce, lovingly prepared by the chef, were exceptional. The duck breast with honey and hazelnut sauce was perfectly executed. My partner and I had a lovely, convivial time with the chef and the waitress, who gave us excellent recommendations. We will definitely return and highly recommend you pay them a visit! Thank you for everything :)

A very pleasant surprise: fresh produce, generous portions, and well-cooked meals. Free parking was also available, which was a nice bonus.

A wonderful discovery! The warm welcome and excellent service made me feel right at home. The food was simple but delicious, using fresh ingredients. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes that looked tempting. Go and discover it for yourself!

In short, fantastic! Why didn't I discover this place sooner? Far from the tourist traps of those pseudo-restaurants on the coast, the food is superb, using only fresh ingredients cooked by a chef who isn't some indifferent seasonal worker—a real one! In short, I highly recommend it.
