Hotel restaurants often serve ordinary food in surroundings without charm: not the case here! Friendly but professional welcome and service. Interesting dishes with quality ingredients on the set menu: not cheap but appropriately priced for the level offered. The combination of hotel with an excellent restaurant will make this a regular overnight stop for us.

Très grande salle très lumineuse mais qui aurait besoin d'un petit rajeunissement... Certaines chaises sont très tachées... mais bon...
Ceci dit le personnel est très sympa, un menu entrée-plat-dessert pour 35 €. Cuisine correcte, frites à chaque plat, y compris pour le poisson😀 !!
Desserts et café un peu chers.
Mais bon, un peu de bienveillance ne saurait nuire... Alors oui, vous pouvez vous arrêter au Patio.

I recommend !!
Very quiet place, with a magnificent patio. The dishes are very generous, well presented and above all delicious. The servers give good advice, and there is not too much waiting between dishes. All at a reasonable price. Special mention for the fish and chips.

A buffet for around thirty friends.

We used to dine there during a stopover in Poitiers. It is a very calm and relaxing restaurant. The food was honest with a choice: meats, salads, pastas etc...
However, over the past year or two, the quality of the food has deteriorated. The shrimp in one of the dishes were not fresh, like reheated. Another evening my husband felt very bad after eating pasta with porcini mushrooms and cream. He gave everything back. However, he has a strong stomach. Recently, it was advertised with the dish, fries/salad accompaniment. There were fries, but no salad.
In short, the quality is no longer there at the moment...
