Friendly telephone reception. Very warm welcome upon arrival despite the late hour. Good, generous cuisine. The room: simple but functional, comfortable bed, very clean, cozy, and quiet. I recommend this establishment without hesitation. The extras are the free parking and the excellent value for money.

A stop on our holiday road trip. Located in a quiet area, the staff were welcoming, always smiling, and always available. The food was excellent; we ate very well. The bedding in the room was comfortable, and we slept very well. What more could we ask for? Thank you for your hospitality, and see you soon!

Accommodation in France It was very quiet and the room was spotless. The kettle with tea bags and instant coffee was a very thoughtful touch. Private parking was also available. Very satisfied. Thank you.

06/09/2024: Friday evening in Guéret at 8 p.m. no more Fondue Creuseis... already cash in! The young person at the checkout tells who is responsible (black shirt).. and nothing happens! We wait... and of course there was melting. Extended with milk or water I think, not great. 2 starters, 3 main courses. 48 euros. To finish 2 cups of ice cream and fortunately we finished well, they were good!
31/08/2024: Staff unfortunately new but very pleasant. Perhaps a lack of training in a profession that is not easy.

28/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. Refined setting. They offer a set menu for €65 and another for €45. À la carte dishes are also available. The wine list is classic. The portions are generous and beautifully presented. The flavors and seasonings are just right. The service is professional and attentive. We were served a little too quickly for my liking. The "mid-course drink" offered after the starter would have been better served after the main course. It's a wonderful restaurant that I highly recommend. However, I suggest calling ahead as it seems the restaurant might be closing. Happy retirement to the owner...
17/12/2025: It's a shame that this establishment is closing permanently on December 31st.
