Okay, the only small point for improvement would be the "aging" of the dining room. A little refresh would be perfect.

I recommend this restaurant to all vacationers. All the dishes are of good quality, homemade, and the fish soup and fish dishes are superb.
The staff are very competent, dynamic, and pleasant, as is the owner, who has a lot of energy and humor.
We enjoyed a very good meal celebrating my 80th birthday with my family – it was wonderful!
I highly recommend this restaurant.

Traditional food, authentic flavor, and generous portions. The bouillabaisse is definitely worth a try. Excellent desserts. The restaurant overlooks the harbor, is traditional and a bit vintage. The service was forgettable: a frantic, hurried, and sweaty waiter rushing around the room with plates in hand, causing a lot of disturbance. The atmosphere was very hot and poorly ventilated, and we were devoured by countless mosquitoes, making our dinner and that of the other guests difficult.
Recommended for its traditional food, but the service and ambiance are worth revisiting.

This restaurant has been here for over 20 years, the go-to place for bouillabaisse in Hyères! The service is impeccable, and the fish soup is excellent.

What a wonderful experience! The bouillabaisse with seven types of rockfish was excellent, and the service was warm and friendly. The restaurant has seen better days, but the food is delicious and very generous. Thank you again for this wonderful meal. Next time, we'll try the bourride.

An excellent restaurant in Port Pothuau!
We shared a wonderful meal with friends at this restaurant. The welcome was perfect, the atmosphere fantastic and warm, and the food was truly delicious. A great place to have a fantastic time. I highly recommend it!

We came to try their famous bouillabaisse, and we have absolutely no complaints. The quality was excellent, as were the generous portions.
To those who find the price high, I would simply say to consider the quality of the ingredients: the bouillabaisse is prepared with more than seven different types of fish, which more than justifies the price.
The service was impeccable, delivered with a great sense of humor, which I particularly appreciated. As for the setting, it's certainly a bit dated, but that's precisely what gives it its charm. It reminded me of my twenties and added a touch of nostalgia to the meal.
We had a wonderful gastronomic experience, and I will gladly return if I am ever in your region again.

A second visit to this restaurant, this time pre-ordering paella! A real treat! Besides the generous portion, there was enough for four... and we even got to take the leftovers home! Great atmosphere and excellent food! A fantastic place to eat.
