Superb location at the foot of the village and the castle, and by the stream. Pleasant welcome, nice daily menu, original and excellent dishes.

The hotel is exactly what you'd expect when arriving in Brousse-le-Château. The welcome was very pleasant, and the terrace facing the hotel was equally lovely. The view of the castle was fantastic, the lounge was comfortable, and we felt pampered. We also ate dinner and breakfast there. It's clearly a successful business!

We stayed and ate there, and everything was excellent: the welcome, the service, the cleanliness, the helpfulness, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious, prepared with care using very good local products. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely lovely. A stop on the GR 736 hiking trail that shouldn't be missed. The food is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel has been tastefully renovated. In short, a great place to recommend.

We returned to Brousse le Château for Easter weekend and had a wonderful stay at the Relais du Chasteau. The rooms have all been tastefully renovated and are very comfortable. We were the first to enjoy the terrace for the season and greatly appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of Sarah and her team, who went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, all the dishes were made with high-quality, local ingredients, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two days. We highly recommend this establishment and will certainly tell others about it.
