We stayed and ate there, and everything was excellent: the welcome, the service, the cleanliness, the helpfulness, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious, prepared with care using very good local products. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely lovely. A stop on the GR 736 hiking trail that shouldn't be missed. The food is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel has been tastefully renovated. In short, a great place to recommend.

We returned to Brousse le Château for Easter weekend and had a wonderful stay at the Relais du Chasteau. The rooms have all been tastefully renovated and are very comfortable. We were the first to enjoy the terrace for the season and greatly appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of Sarah and her team, who went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, all the dishes were made with high-quality, local ingredients, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two days. We highly recommend this establishment and will certainly tell others about it.

A wonderful night in this marvelous hotel-restaurant! The staff's professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness were truly remarkable. I arrived freezing from a bike ride that had encountered some difficulties, and I was seated in front of the fireplace to warm up – a gesture I greatly appreciated! Following that, I enjoyed one of the best meals I've ever had: everything was homemade with high-quality, local produce, and brilliantly prepared! Then, a superb, peaceful night in the room with a view of the castle (a very beautiful and tastefully decorated room, by the way). A perfect stay. I only have one thing to say, to quote a James Cameron film: I'll be back!
