Restaurant Le Rouge & le Noir sur Mont-De-Lans

09/09/2024: Stay just like the establishment...perfect. Comfortable and tastefully decorated room, the perfect balcony for this period, warm and friendly staff, delicious and plentiful food. Thank you for this superb stay.

24/03/2024: Can't fault the location, right on the slopes next to main lift so great for getting up even when not much snow at the bottom. Rooms were a really good size, we had a bath which was a very pleasant surprise, only suggestion would be to keep heating a bit lower, in March it was absolutely boiling in our room (4th floor - kept the window open) and in the restaurant! Only other thing that could be better is options for non meat eaters. There was a fish of the day each night, but if purely vegetarian choices are fairly limited (although tasty - tartiflette and fondue but I couldn't eat those every night)! Breakfast was very good.
