The problem with Saint-Marc is that it leaves no room for criticism. The welcome is good. The dishes are generous and tasty. The dining room is nice and warm ☺️

As a regular customer, I've been having lunch at this restaurant for a long time and eat there several times a week.
Today I had the opportunity to try the truffle menu created for the truffle festival, and it clearly showcases the culinary expertise: high-quality ingredients, respect for the truffle, a perfect balance of flavors, and meticulous preparation.
I also want to highlight the dedication of Alexandre, Émilie, and the entire team, both in the kitchen and the dining room, for their professionalism and unwavering kindness.
Finally, my family and I would like to thank them for all these wonderful moments of shared enjoyment centered around genuine and committed cuisine.

A very warm welcome and excellent service. The dishes were well-thought-out, notably a veal chop cooked at low temperature and finished on the grill, accompanied by exceptional morel gnocchi.

Another visit on October 25th: Still as wonderful as ever!
An excellent restaurant. The quality is consistently high, from the ingredients and the taste to the presentation and even the service.
Sophisticated and delicious dishes, a perfectly balanced blend of flavors, and a chef who is generous with the portions.
I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.
A good selection of wines and helpful recommendations to pair with each dish.
The only slight downside: it gets quite noisy when the restaurant is full.

A truly wonderful restaurant; we were lucky enough to try their wood-fired lobster, a feast for the eyes and the palate.

We ate there yesterday. The service was very good, the restaurant's atmosphere very pleasant, and the main course (grilled veal chop) was very good. However, the dessert, a €10 "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee), was very disappointing in terms of both the quantity and quality of the ingredients, as well as the presentation. They should be careful not to prioritize quantity over quality.
