The restaurant is fabulous. Refined cuisine, delicious dishes. The aroma of a wood fire. A wonderful atmosphere for a truly enjoyable meal. A wide selection of wines to complement the conversation. A must-try restaurant. Don't miss it if you're passing through Aups.

We went there on February 15th, a group of 7 bikers: - fantastic welcome, - very kind of them to offer us the wine cellar to store our helmets, - incredibly friendly staff, - and on top of that, we all thoroughly enjoyed the food, both the main courses and the desserts, - honestly, it's great to find places that have it all: friendly, delicious, and beautiful, - we'll be back

The problem with Saint-Marc is that it leaves no room for criticism. The welcome is good. The dishes are generous and tasty. The dining room is nice and warm ☺️ In short, we'll have to come back...

14/03/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The dishes pictured include a salad with warm goat cheese and honey, and venison with morels served with vegetables and homemade fries. For dessert, there's caramel ice cream with caramel sauce and whipped cream. A true delight for the taste buds! The service was also very good. I'll definitely be back... 😊
14/03/2026: We went there for the first time; we'd heard about it from friends and family. It was a real treat! The salad was generous, as was the meat dish (venison with morels). I highly recommend it. A very warm welcome.
