This restaurant is fabulous.
It is run by siblings. The brother in the kitchen and the sister in the dining room who welcomed us superbly.
Super inspired tasting menu.
Wow!!!
What a great moment at Le Saint Nicolas. We went there without expectations, hoping to have a good dinner with family. The place is lovely and cosy, with a view on the open kitchen.
Staff is very professional and friendly.
Young waiters are motivated, speak perfect English as well. They know perfectly how to describe the dishes, without any hesitation.
The food was just amazing. Quite daring in some cases, getting off the beaten tracks with new flavors and pairings. Can be cleaving but we just loved it. The precision is impressive, all dishes look beautiful. Ingredients are high quality, very tasty.
Nice wine list with soft prices, always so enjoyable.
The chef took time to talk to us, a very nice person. This guy is to be followed, there is so much potential.
We will visit this place again for sure.
Cheers!
Nice discovery! For the setting: authentic semi-basement with stone vault. For the service: attentive and smiling, all kindness. For the dishes: interesting research between land and sea like the mix between farmhouse Reblochon and Aquitaine caviar or grilled brill, barbecue roasted brill sauce 😋. And a place that knows how to make real Irish Coffee.
And what a pleasure to have been able to chat for many minutes with the chef 🤩. A big thank you to Elisa and Marvin for their perfect welcome in every way 🙏
