A delicious couscous, generously served, the vegetables were perfectly cooked and the meat was excellent.
The tripe and trotters were also superb!
The owner is discreet and extremely kind, and the terrace is very pleasant.

We received excellent service from the moment we booked, right through to the bill, all handled by the perfect person who works alone and takes the time to chat. The couscous with tripe and trotters was impeccable. Unbeatable value for money. The owner, who manages almost everything single-handedly, has a wonderfully warm personality!
I had previously visited with a demanding group, and this time it was the same. I love it, I adore it, I highly recommend it.

We always receive a warm welcome; the owner takes good care of her customers, and the food is delicious and homemade. It's a friendly, family-run place with a sunny terrace. Finally, a restaurant that doesn't overcharge! I highly recommend it.

As a self-taught restaurateur, I'd like to offer some constructive and friendly feedback.
Regarding the couscous (having grown up with a Pied-Noir tradition), I would have liked to see more authenticity and flavor. Fresh vegetables, a more pronounced seasoning with ras el hanout and coriander, and homemade kefta would truly make a difference.
The raisins with caramelized onions are an excellent idea—perhaps they could be showcased even more to add depth to the dish.
We are perfectly willing to pay the price (€20-25 for a complete meal doesn't bother me), but what brings a customer back is the memory of a truly delicious and generous experience.
This message is obviously not intended as negative criticism, but simply to share a sincere feeling, with the desire to encourage your work and your continued growth.
