Mixed feelings. The food was fine and the view is truly beautiful. Unfortunately, the service ruined the experience. The well-known waiter (I saw him later in the reviews, in sportswear) was initially overreacting, but as soon as we paid, the atmosphere changed 180 degrees. He started nagging about (more) tip in an incredibly arrogant and angry manner. It's a shame for a place with such a beautiful view, but this kind of fake friendliness leaves a nasty aftertaste. Unfortunately, I'm only just realizing now that they overcharged us.

I should have read the reviews beforehand… the meal was small, we left with only half our stomachs full. For the price, it's not worth it. It's definitely a tourist trap because the view is stunning. But the service is rather unpleasant…

I don't understand the ratings. We were well received, they accept holiday vouchers without judgment, which isn't the case in many other establishments… the food is decent, nothing fancy, and good value for money… But it's not an Instagrammable restaurant, hence perhaps the frustration of some…

The restaurant is located right on the seafront in Menton—the view and atmosphere are simply incredible!
The food was beyond praise; everything was truly delicious and fresh.
• Pros: Incredible location, excellent cuisine, and wonderful staff. The waiters speak fluent French, English, and Russian, so we had no problems ordering or communicating.
• Cons: The only minor gripe was that we had to wait about 30 minutes for our food.
Otherwise, it's a wonderful place! We'll definitely come back for the food and the view.

A good place to eat by the sea in Menton! The restaurant doesn't deserve its rating; we've been back several times and everything was always fine, although the service can be a bit unpleasant for some people!
