Excellent restaurant. Cozy and bright atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent food. Quiet. The terrace must be very pleasant in the summer. Parking is not easy, especially on Saturday mornings when the market is on. A minor drawback is the children's menu. It's excessively priced at around €26 for a plate. While the dish is certainly of the same quality as the adult menu, I still think it's overpriced. I recommend it, but be aware if you have children.

A very good restaurant. The cuisine was very flavorful and vibrant, featuring beautiful ingredients and perfectly cooked dishes (the pigeon was superb). The desserts were excellent and indulgent. Efficient service. The sommelier was amazing with impressive knowledge. The dining room was bright, with modern decor, though perhaps a little too conventional. The "Inspiration" menu is very comprehensive but overly generous and sometimes lacks cohesion. For example, the bao bun with duck confit that accompanied the foie gras seemed unnecessary and, moreover, overshadowed the foie gras. The service lasted three hours in total; half an hour less would have been welcome. The terrace must be very pleasant in good weather.

I am always delighted with my experience at Ciel à Table in Cugnaux. Its inclusion in the Michelin Guide is clearly no accident—and you understand why from the very first moment. The welcome is warm, attentive, and genuine. The service is seamless, professional, and always perfectly executed. As for the cuisine, it is simply remarkable: high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and a creativity that makes all the difference. Each dish is a true work of art, with precise and elegant presentation that elevates the plate. You can feel the passion and exacting standards in every detail. A restaurant that fully deserves its reputation and that I recommend without hesitation.

The menus are of very good quality, original and above all very good.
