Always so nice to come, whether for dinner or lunch. Very warm welcome, we pass in front of the open kitchen and discover a very airy, bright room opening onto a terrace (which I have not yet tested...) The dishes are excellent and always original. Always a discovery. The desserts are amazing but so good. Well done to the pastry chef!! Just by listening to the Sommelière, she manages to transport you into the vineyard and you can very well imagine the work of the winemaker, the vats, etc. etc. A real happiness. Excellent restaurant. The staff takes great care while remaining discreet. The room is bright and the terrace is a plus when the weather permits. The cuisine lived up to our expectations: flavors, presentation, etc. Just looking at the dish already sends your taste buds into overdrive! In addition, the value for money is also comforting. We will return with great pleasure.

A great discovery in a city you wouldn't imagine. The building has been extremely well renovated to be able to turn it into a restaurant. We chose the aperitif of the moment which was very good and continued with the 5 course menu. Friendly service, refined dishes and the hostess is extremely friendly. A restaurant to discover in the town of Cugnaux.
