This place (better than a restaurant!!!) is a gem; for fans of taste, aroma, and those curious about cooking methods and the origins of food, Delphine is a wealth of information! The other reviews are glowing, truly! We agree! From the house aperitif to the amuse-bouche, the Ackerland Bolsin, the caviar on blinis with cream, the Gefeldi Knepple, everything was more than perfect and delicious; we were almost less enthusiastic about the Wagyu. The wine pairing (on Madame's recommendation) was equally superb. In short, a dream cuisine.

A most welcoming atmosphere, a magical ambiance, we were soothed by the music. The food was exquisite. Time seemed to stand still, leaving only our happiness. I will gladly return to relive this experience.

07/07/2026: A discovery of exquisite flavors, dishes as beautiful as they are delicious, a few hours of escape between France and Japan! The non-alcoholic beverage pairings are surprising and original. Flawless from start to finish. We would have liked to see the chef, however, which is generally customary in this style of restaurant, and even more so in a Michelin-starred establishment! A minor oversight easily rectified in this small, cozy, and welcoming restaurant with only 16 seats.
06/07/2026: An extraordinary experience. The restaurant lives up to its name. The entire meal was an explosion of flavors, artfully combined, with Asian influences that we love so much. We'll be back to relive this experience.
