An excellent experience at Sushi GM! The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The presentation is beautiful, and the portions are generous. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always attentive. The restaurant has a pleasant and warm atmosphere. It's undoubtedly one of the best places to enjoy sushi. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

Beautiful, delicious, perhaps the best sashimi I've had in Alsace... Uncompromising freshness, Japanese wine perfectly paired with the fish. Lounge-like and cozy atmosphere. I'll be back as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a lovely meal for two. The service is impeccable. The sushi… incredible. The best I've ever tasted. The desserts are original and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. I highly recommend it.

We had placed an order. It was ready when we came to pick it up.
Everything was delicious.
The sauces were in large containers. I would have preferred them in several smaller containers.

Delivery to the hotel was excellent, and everything was delicious and fresh. My only complaints were the iceberg lettuce instead of the traditional coleslaw, and the miso soup was too bland. Otherwise, the sushi, sashimi, skewers, and gyoza were all delicious.
