Absolutely excellent. I highly recommend the rose infusion, it's delicious, and you can tell the sushi is made fresh to order – top quality!

Excellent experience at Sushis GM 🍣 I ordered delivery: salmon sushi, salmon maki, and salmon tartare rolls—everything was really delicious and very fresh. The portions were generous and the preparation was meticulous. A very nice touch: the free gyoza included with the order 🎁 A thoughtful gesture that makes me want to order again. I would definitely recommend them!

19/05/2026: Great! The waiter was super friendly, and the meal was excellent!
18/05/2026: So honestly, I'm not from around here; I found this restaurant online. The manager is really lovely, hence my 5 stars 😉 However, I just spent €36.10 and I'm still starving. And I'm not usually a big eater. The real problem is the portion sizes: they're really tiny. The 6 braised salmon at €8.90, why not, but they should really make adult-sized portions 😅 Same goes for the fried beef rolls: besides being very small, I found them quite dry, to the point that they stick to your teeth. I'm even going to have to order something else because I'm still so hungry 😅

23/04/2026: A lovely evening out with my 6-year-old daughter. We received a very warm welcome. The concept is original; you really choose what looks good to you, and the hardest part is resisting the urge to devour everything! The dishes are beautifully presented; they're as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. We even got to watch the chef prepare the "salmon sushi," as that mustachioed child would say.
22/04/2026: An incredible culinary experience! The freshness and selection of sushi is amazing, the quality is exceptional, and the service is highly professional. There's something for every budget; sushi connoisseurs shouldn't miss this unique address in Mulhouse and the surrounding area.
