A pleasant setting with a vaulted stone cellar. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was okay, but nothing special; we were a little disappointed with the bill. We still recommend it, though.

The porcini mushroom fondue was perfect, a real treat! The choice of three cheeses was perfect; this fondue won't leave you feeling heavy.

We had a wonderful evening at L’Écuelle. The welcome was warm and the staff very attentive throughout the meal. We chose the morel fondue, which was delicious. The setting is cozy and pleasant. We highly recommend it 😊

We were very warmly welcomed and served, and all our dishes were excellent. A lovely time for our last evening in Aix-les-Bains.

The fondue was good but very uneven... so a little disappointed. Otherwise, the setting was very charming and the service was great!

Yet, on a Monday at 12:45 pm, we waited almost 45 minutes before being served. The rather cold response from the waiter when we asked about our order was: "You have to wait!" Meanwhile, two people who arrived after us, admittedly more than us, were served before us. We were surprised by the starter (from the most expensive set menu), which was lukewarm and not crispy as advertised... It must have been prepared well in advance... We asked for another one, and that was perfect. The rest of the menu was impeccable; the main course was very, very good, as was the dessert. The same for me (steak tartare). The quarter-liter of table wine was very generous 👍👍👍, much more than in other restaurants. The price was in line with our choice. Aside from this minor issue, we recommend this restaurant. If only for the pleasure of dining in the vaulted cellar 👍

We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The room with the exposed stone walls is lovely. The staff was very welcoming, responsive, and readily available to answer our questions. We are very glad we came and will definitely return next time.
