We received a very warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. The setting is magnificent, and the seaside atmosphere is exactly what you want on vacation. Thank you to the team. However, the food left much to be desired; it was expensive for the quality, and the dishes were bland. Honestly, I can cook better at home, so we were disappointed in that respect.

The fish was excellent, but it's a shame the sea bass wasn't filleted; it would have saved us the trouble of doing it ourselves, and especially the bones!

A truly positive experience at L’Emeraude! Excellent service, friendly, welcoming, and very attentive staff. We particularly appreciated the fact that they let us taste a glass of wine before ordering. The mussels in Champagne and the red mullet fillet were excellent, both truly delicious. The price was absolutely fair for the quality offered. A pleasant discovery!

We had a lovely time at this restaurant. The food was fresh, the staff very friendly, and the owner even offered us a complimentary digestif for our friend's birthday. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful discovery in Cavalaire!
My daughter and I arrived somewhat by chance, without a reservation, and were warmly welcomed.
Simple yet delicious cuisine, impeccable service with a real attention to detail… and a beautiful Viognier to accompany it all.
Thank you for this lovely interlude. Some places simply make you want to return.
