We loved this place so much we visited twice this trip. Excellent seafood, entrees, and desserts, very friendly staff, and excellent service. We noticed a significant improvement over last summer. Thank you for our wonderful evenings!

L’Emeraude is a cut above most of the restaurants in Cavalaire . Pay just a little more but get exceptional value & in style too. The Patron , Jean Marc and his staff are a delight. The food is beautifully presented and prepared to order. It reminded me of travelling business-class on an airplane for the first time. Once you have experienced that better way , you don’t want to go back to economy. L’Emeraude is now our go-to Restaurant .

A warm and welcoming reception. Ultra-professional service. The owner, as well as the waiter and waitress, are incredibly attentive, cheerful, and friendly.
The food is homemade, delicious, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the ceviche, the seafood, the swordfish carpaccio, and the fish soup (thank you to the chef!).
Don't hesitate to go. We had a wonderful evening.

Ideally located overlooking the harbor, we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant, both for the delicious food and the kindness of the waiters and owner, who were very attentive to our needs.

What a wonderful surprise!
We stumbled upon this restaurant and went in quite by chance (with a craving for seafood), and we had a fantastic dinner. The welcome was warm and professional, the service quick and unhurried, and the food lived up to our expectations. A truly great experience. We can't wait to go back.
