We hadn't been back since the change of ownership. We love this place, so we were a little apprehensive. In reality, there was nothing to worry about. The food is good and the service is very friendly. Beyond the magnificent view, the food is excellent. We'll be back :-)

We go there every time we come skiing in Les Confins; the service and food are usually very good, I recommend it. But this time I had a bad experience. I'm keeping my 4 stars for the sake of a relevant review, but personally, I'm not giving any stars this time. I forgot my bag on the terrace in the middle of lots of couples and families. You can tell me "you shouldn't have," but still... I went back and asked our waiter, who said, "Oh yes, someone brought it back for me." He then discreetly made me wait 5 or 6 minutes outside, away from the other customers, near the staff changing room, and all this without even inviting me into the restaurant! Two days prior, I saw a young girl ask for sunglasses left on the terrace; they were returned to her at the counter. When he returned my bag, I said, "At least there are honest people like us." Well, I was wrong! The cash was gone, but everything else was there, untouched and perfectly organized. The bag had simply been opened, as it had been when I paid, and then properly closed. Of course, I'm not making any accusations; I have no right to do so. Perhaps the owner could conduct an internal investigation, knowing full well how important it is for him to protect his establishment at all costs and to ensure that customers aren't constantly on their guard with the staff afterward. The next day, when I contacted the owner and he asked if anyone knew that a bag had been retrieved the previous day, I heard that only our waiter reacted, as if he were the only one who knew. Therefore, I deduced that he He hadn't informed his colleagues or management. If any customer took a selfie on the terrace with a picture of the bag being retrieved on February 27, 2021, around 4:00/4:30 PM—you never know, anything is possible—I'm willing to communicate discreetly if there's any follow-up, hoping to get the additional information removed from my review. Still no news. You're all free to interpret the silence so far.
