Superb evening spent in the company of the hosts! I sincerely recommend the restaurant, full of charm, identity and honesty. We find real local cuisine, values, frankness, a love of conviviality and good food to share good times with friends and family. I fell in love with this address. I wish everyone to be welcomed as I was and to have the experience I had in these places. The emotion is carnal. To go into more detail, I cannot miss this beautiful discovery: the abomasum. A tender pork velvet, a mulled wine sauce, a chard seasoning, perfect cooking, a cove that is both crunchy to the tooth and soft on the tongue. The personality of the chef is fully expressed in the dishes served. We eat first with the eyes, then with the taste buds. A proverb that makes sense. And what about this basil ravioli salad, delicious. I conclude by saying THANK YOU to you, to the eight succeeding generations, to these long years of happiness that we find on the plate. 🫶
