Good food but disappointing service. We came as a family for the frog legs: the dishes were good, the frogs were tasty, and the setting was pleasant. However, the service was a major drawback. We had a long wait with unpleasant responses from the owner (“it’ll come when we can”). The same thing happened when we asked for a simple scoop of ice cream for our 4-year-old daughter: she refused at the time, then took our order 15 minutes later… It’s a shame, because the overall experience was spoiled by the lack of customer service. We ate well, but we won’t be back.

Disappointed. We couldn't choose what we wanted from the menu – it was completely sold out. I advise management not to take too many reservations, as they risk disappointing customers. I won't even mention the temperature of the dishes and the seasoning.

While staying in this beautiful region, we discovered this little restaurant thanks to the owner of the guesthouse where we were staying. The food was excellent, the welcome was fantastic, and the service was perfect! We had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back on our next trip.

The canal grocery store is wonderful! I've been going there for years; being in the countryside just 5 minutes from Besançon is a real luxury. The morel mushroom tart, the frogs' legs… a good aperitif, a good wine to accompany dinner—it's pure bliss. A great place to go, summer or winter.
