Restaurant L'Epicurien sur Laval

Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The service was impeccable; a huge thank you to the waiter for his 100% commitment despite the pouring rain. The combinations on the plate allowed us to make some wonderful culinary discoveries. The langoustine carpaccio was simply exquisite, and the John Dory with the beetroot and cherry pairing was a perfect match. The wine pairings allowed us to discover some wines we hadn't known before. Added to this is the setting of this magnificent private mansion with its garden, where you can dine in complete tranquility, yet so close to the city center. Bravo to the chef and the entire team at this restaurant!
