Pleasantly surprised by the speed of the orders, the quality and quantity of the dishes. Staff always with a smile that conveys passion in their work. Particular external location that offers a small corner of almost detachment from the historical context. Well done to those who are also behind "the scenes" in the kitchen. I also believe I also found the smallest bathroom in the world (and sometimes it's difficult to beat Ligurian restaurants) but rationalized as best as possible.

Very cute little restaurant on the heights. Laula and Justine are very friendly and smiling. We ate very well ! The tastes were there and so was the quantity! Thank you for this moment, we will come back with great pleasure.

We loved Les Baux! The food was delicious and the service was warm and attentive. I had the ballotine and my fiancé had the scallops and both were outstanding. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Merci à Laula et Justine pour ce moment, on connaissait pas le restaurant, on a re-découvert des saveurs et rencontré un duo qui gère qui a le sourire sincère avec des petits plats vraiment excellent.. C'est top vraiment ! Merci merci !
