A surprising discovery today on the road: Restaurant Les Bruyères, unpretentious and welcoming! I discovered a lovely, well-stocked buffet with good quality products. The starters offered a wide selection, with charcuterie and crudités of good quality! The hot dishes included excellent mussels in cream sauce and a fillet of white fish. Meat dishes included pot-au-feu, chicken osso buco, and a delicious pig's trotter – I truly enjoyed it. There was also a very nice selection of small bites of dry cheese and a delicious fromage blanc with red berry coulis. And to finish, a multitude of small desserts! All at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was traditional, with people working and enjoying themselves. Everything was perfect! It was quite busy, but the service was pleasant, unpretentious, friendly, and attentive. Congratulations to the entire team! Customer service is a priority here. If you're in the Bas-en-Basset area, you should stop for lunch; you won't be disappointed! Easy parking.
