I highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay. The residence is quiet, well-maintained, and well-located. Angélique provided a very warm welcome and is an excellent professional. We plan to return soon to explore the region.

A great location, almost directly on the sea, is definitely this residence's strong point. The surrounding area is fantastic, and cities like Marseille, Monaco, Cannes, and Nice are about an hour to an hour and 45 minutes away by car. Also practical: there's a SPAR nearby for groceries. The accommodation itself, however, varies. The rooms are clearly not modern, and the layout could have been much smarter. It felt rather confined, while a better layout could probably have prevented that. The living room, on the other hand, was spacious, as was the terrace. We were on the third floor with a partial sea view, which was nice, but not complete. What was disappointing: even though the complex didn't seem fully booked, there was some confusion about which room we could or couldn't get. In the end, we had to pay an extra €50 to upgrade from a ground-floor room without a view to a higher floor with a (partial) view. The presentation on Booking.com gave the impression that a sea view was standard, which turned out not to be the case. That feels like a profit model, and that impression stuck. Parking is also extra, but this was clearly indicated in advance on Booking.com. The spa is available, but for an additional fee. It's a fine option, but it does contribute to the feeling that many things can be "booked" as an option, even though they're heavily promoted on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the staff came across as rather cold; friendliness didn't seem to be a given. This was particularly noticeable, especially since people in the South of France are generally warm and welcoming. All in all: a great location, reasonable accommodations, but commercially oriented and with room for improvement in service and transparency.
