A flawless experience, guaranteed. We arrived late for our hike. Despite that, a 10/10 in every respect. Not a single false note. The fifth generation of leaders must have something to do with it. Go for it!

A very good experience at this unassuming restaurant, despite its location, with original combinations of local and premium ingredients! Excellent value for money, regardless of the menu chosen. The service was efficient and of high quality. We especially loved the meadowsweet mousse, the oyster mushroom platter, and the various ways the beetroot was prepared with the duck. We were slightly disappointed by the desserts, which were less refined than the main courses and perhaps a bit heavy at the end of the meal (at least the ones we chose), but they were still very delicious. The dining room is very pleasant, with plenty of space and large tables.

The food is very good. The service is equally excellent. It's a shame the tasting menu doesn't change regularly. As for the rest, I was surprised by the bill, but for those who can read, it's clear. I thought the cheese course was optional (€38 instead of €48), but no, it's the starter that's optional. So, my apologies to the team… I'll be back.
