Dinner, setting, and decor: everything was perfect for a wonderful evening. But what truly made the difference was Viju. A real jack-of-all-trades, always smiling, attentive, and remarkably efficient. He was everywhere at once, never losing his composure or good humor, greatly contributing to making the evening enjoyable. A huge thank you to Viju for his warm welcome and professionalism. Everything was perfect! The welcome and service were impeccable. And the food is delicious, the menu changes regularly, and the portions are satisfying. There's also a great wine list. The one recommended by the waiter was a superb discovery. Honestly, Chimère is in my top 5 in Paris for simple and excellent restaurants. 🤩 P.S.: Even those who aren't big fans of lamb (because it's too strong in taste/smell) might be won over by the meatballs, as they're so well marinated that they bring a whole new flavor to the lamb.

The place is nice, the service pleasant. However, the food served is frankly not very tasty and the prices are exorbitant compared to the quality.

Amazing restaurant. A simple menu, with just a few dishes, but all delicious and changing regularly. Meat, fish, and vegetable dishes. Excellent cocktails and a great wine list. Very friendly service. Excellent value for money.

We booked the entire restaurant one evening in April for a corporate event, and we made the right choice! The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and we loved the restaurant's elegant decor. A flawless experience.

We ate very well, the menu is limited but the dishes are all delicious, the atmosphere is refined, the waiter is cheerful, professional and very kind, go there, you will be happy, we had a wonderful evening

There were eight of us, and we received a very warm welcome. The service was impeccable and friendly. That was definitely the highlight. The cocktails were delicious, as were the appetizers. We were more ambivalent about the main courses; they were good, but the portions varied considerably from one person to another. The desserts were good but a bit basic.
