Incredible! It's amazing that a restaurant of this quality, with excellent value for money, is so little known and isn't fully booked at lunch and dinner. This restaurant, a sort of "neo-brasserie," has it all: the modern and tasteful decor, the discreet background music, and the subdued atmosphere are perfect for conversation and enjoying a meal. The menu is short but well-balanced, with regularly updated seasonal dishes, some cooked over embers, which gives them that distinctive aroma. The wine list is more extensive, with a reasonable price range (though still a bit pricey for Paris) and a wide selection of cocktails. The service is impeccable. The young waitress, as efficient as she is attentive, carries out her duties with a gentle touch. The food at Le Chimère is delicious, from appetizers to desserts, and the portions are just right. Tonight, we savored the lamb meatballs and a remarkable seared tuna, thoroughly enjoying this dinner with friends. Will we return to Le Chimère, as François Simon would say? Yes, absolutely. Le Chimère isn't just a restaurant; it gives us what we come to a restaurant for: quality cuisine in a place where we feel comfortable. Go there soon. One day, it will surely be packed.

The food, the service, and the ambiance—everything is impeccable. So romantic! A cozy place where you can have a lovely, intimate conversation. The dishes are DELICIOUS. I ordered the lamb meatballs, and I highly recommend them. The desserts are MAGNIFICENT too! We tried the chocolate mousse, the caramel ice cream, and the fig tart—all three were amazing! It's a wonderful discovery; you'll be seeing us again quite often 😁

A wonderful discovery for our first evening in Paris. The staff is perfect, the food very good. The place is very pretty, with a soft and cozy atmosphere. The price is perhaps a tad high, though.

Excellent, refined, sophisticated dishes. I admit the menu initially left me a little hesitant due to its rather unusual combinations, but the result is quite surprising and more sophisticated than it first appears. The flavor remains light and delicate. The service was charming; a special mention to the young woman who served us. Otherwise, I was a little frustrated that we couldn't just have a drink inside (the decor, the comfortable chairs); we were forced to either stay outside or eat inside.

Dinner, setting, and decor: everything was perfect for a wonderful evening. But what truly made the difference was Viju. A real jack-of-all-trades, always smiling, attentive, and remarkably efficient. Everything was perfect! The welcome and service were impeccable. And the food is delicious, the menu changes regularly, and the portions are satisfying. There's also a great wine list. The one recommended by the waiter was a superb discovery. Honestly, Chimère is in my top 5 in Paris for simple and excellent restaurants. 🤩 P.S.: Even those who aren't big fans of lamb (because it's too strong in taste/smell) might be won over by the meatballs, as they're so well marinated that they bring a whole new flavor to the lamb.

Very good dishes that are out of the ordinary. Portions larger than I remembered for a reasonable price. Calm, very pleasant atmosphere.
