01/08/2026: Everything was perfect! The welcome and service were impeccable. And the food is delicious, the menu changes regularly, and the portions are satisfying. There's also a great wine list. The one recommended by the waiter was a superb discovery. Honestly, Chimère is in my top 5 in Paris for simple and excellent restaurants. 🤩 P.S.: Even those who aren't big fans of lamb (because it's too strong in taste/smell) might be won over by the meatballs, as they're so well marinated that they bring a whole new flavor to the lamb.
