Good welcome, very clean rooms, well soundproofed and very good bedding. Good food in generous quantities. A plus for the excellent Aubrac meat. Too bad there are no mixed salads on the menu. Good varied breakfast.

Excellent welcome at Coudercous, very good meal and breakfast (all you can eat). Bad sleep in a type of poorly equipped dormitory lit by an emergency block all night!

Beautiful hotel restaurant in a peaceful village a few minutes from the Aubrac plateau and its magnificent eponymous village. The owners are friendly and attentive. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and the bedding is excellent. Breakfast is complete. The restaurant is tasty and the big plus in terms of catering is the varied, fresh all-you-can-eat buffet (starters, main courses, desserts) for €25. Our teenagers particularly enjoyed it! If we return to the area, we will book at Les Coudercous again.

Excellent restaurant on the way to Compostela! We had a great time: regional meat, aligot, all-you-can-eat buffet, etc. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team, very pleasant; I recommend with my eyes closed!!

Cuisine maison avec plats locaux. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec un menu entrée plat dessert à 18€. Service rapide.

Quite simply the best steak of my life!!!!! We had come simply by chance for dinner, and we feasted on entrecotes d'Aubrac produced in the village itself. I had never eaten such tasty meat! Everything was delicious, the homemade side dishes (fried potatoes, fries, seasonal vegetables), the sauces... Plus a lovely welcome, good wine, fair prices, what more could you ask for? Memorable, I recommend this address.

Correct and well located. The buffet offered in the evening is nothing exceptional and the general atmosphere where you feel a little under surveillance is not great.

Déception par rapport aux divers commentaires car les photos ne reflètent pas ce qui nous a été servis. Menu unique obligatoire à 25 euros (un peu cher pour la prestation). cote de boeuf pour 2 à 55 euros, dont plus de la moitié en déchets, grasse et nerveuse quant à l'aligot qui l'accompagnait, que dire: purée pateuse sans goût et surtout sans fil. seuls les tripoux étaient bons (pas faits maison) et la crème brulée myrtille très originale et parfaite. Je ne conseille pas aux amateurs des spécialités aveyronnaises.
