This is the second time I've been here in a month, and both times I've been disappointed. The food is incredibly bland... Beyond the lack of salt, it lacks flavor and taste. I go here regularly, and I hope it will go back to how it used to be. Besides, I've noticed there are fewer people around. What a shame!

21/02/2026: I came with my friends and I am pleasantly surprised by the staff's response and the quality of the products.
20/02/2026: I went to order at the drive-thru kiosk, but the woman was unable to take my order and showed no courtesy. Then I decided to go inside and ordered again. The same woman (Ophelia) gave me the wrong items, not even an apology, and still no politeness. On top of that, she put the fries I had received back into the fryers being served to other customers. This is unacceptable.
