We had a good time during this meal, a small downside for the presentation of the cod brandade, it is a dish where the ingredients are in small particles and serving it in a bowl does not doesn't stand out, you have the impression of eating a thick soup, the appearance of the dish lacks elegance.
The flavors are well balanced throughout the meal, the wine is pleasant and well selected.
This is a very personal opinion, it is not a criticism, but simply an observation....

Truly amazing food, matched beautifully with a selection of local wines. A must if visiting Brem Sur Mer.
It was everything that we hoped for and more. A very talented team with an amazing attention to detail.

Bravo pour tout, cuisine, saveurs délicates ,du grand art, déco TOP ,salle plutôt intimiste, accueil aussi délicat que les saveurs, présence discrète, à l'écoute, simple, on se sent à l'aise +++, expérience rare pour nous mais une merveille
