Petit détail : Une fleur fanée sur la table ! Pas difficile de changer les fleurs avant le service Ou alors ne pas en mettre

On adore et si on adore on y retourne forcément. Quelle belle adresse, le choix est minutieusement orchestré, les saveurs sont là et les découvertes aussi.

This was our third visit to the restaurant and truly the best. The food was so exquisitely prepared and presented that each course was a pleasure worthy of mention—oysters with a puree of leeks, cod with spinach and topinade mousse, and pear with walnuts —all were delicious and light. The attractive appetizers, citron bread and homemade butter plus the original post-dessert temptations were nearly another meal. The local rose wine was perfect, service was very attentive and the light-filled room provided a wonderful ambiance. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

From start to finish, we were delighted with the flavors and balance of the dishes. In addition, the pace of service was perfect and the portions served were sufficient. The chosen wine (Fiefs Vendée) delicious. Smaller quantities, as sometimes for cuisine of this quality, would have been disappointing.
Bravo to the Les Genêts restaurant and its team.
