I go there very often; it's a beautiful beach, but less crowded out of season. The ocean view is stunning 🌊. The Cabane des Sablons restaurant is very nice and offers good quality food, and the service is also excellent. Open until 10:30 pm, it's a lovely place to relax, so grab your towels and enjoy a great time 🌊💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Le Grand Bleu

02/06/2026: Passing through Pornic, we had lunch at Le Grand Bleu on the recommendation of a local after being turned away from another restaurant at 1:35 pm. We arrived at 1:50 pm: Excellent: price, choice of dishes, quality, quantity, and homemade. Simple and friendly service. No complaints, and we highly recommend it.
23/03/2026: I stopped for lunch today. Absolutely nothing to complain about, very good. Simple and efficient. The meat was delicious. And what's more, excellent value for money, well done boss! 👌👌👌👌
