28/02/2026: Honestly, it could be even better! When you're waiting for the lodge to open and you find out it's booked and only open three nights a week, they could do it on weekday evenings. Especially during the holiday season. And the prices are a bit high for the quality; they need to be reviewed. But otherwise, overall it's good.

29/01/2026: We stopped briefly for a Viennese hot chocolate, tea, and a waffle while it was pouring rain in the streets of Pontarlier. The waiter who served us was very welcoming and professional.
