Restaurant l'Escale entre Terre et Mer sur Cavignac

Perfect from start to finish. The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared, the meats are flavorful, the homemade fries are to die for, and the tarte tatin is a little marvel. The service was polite and very pleasant. Highly recommended. Beware of the mosquitoes outside; they enjoyed their meal just as much as I did.

We stopped in here while driving through France to Northern Spain. It was a random pick chosen from Google maps as it wasn't too far off the motorway. It is a lovely restaurant in a strange location - next to supermarket on an industrial estate. There's lots of parking as a result! The food was great, the place was very clean and the staff were friendly. It's definitely worth a visit if you are passing nearby.

Nice setting, pleasant service, excellent signature cocktails, refined cuisine—we ordered the scallops with seasonal vegetables, it was a delight! 👌🏻 I highly recommend this restaurant and I will gladly return.

We were just passing through on our way back from vacation. There were two of us, and we ordered the €25 set menu: starter, main course, and dessert (squid, beef, salmon, chocolate fondant, panna cotta). It was excellent from start to finish. The service and the quality of the food were perfect, and for the price, what more could you ask for? Thank you!

Very well received, good meal and excellent service

Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. The Camembert was amazing, the ribeye steak was the best I've had in ages, and it was huge, cooked over a wood fire. The burger was enormous, and the pork ribs melted in your mouth—a real treat with homemade mashed potatoes. The profiteroles are worth the price, but you have to be hungry, they're so big. The restaurant is well laid out.

First time for us last week and it was really great, the food was spotless, the service was top-notch, the lady was super nice, pleasant and smiling, I really recommend it!

Great, I recommend it, excellent service, excellent products, the meat is cooked in the dining room over a wood fire, the manager is super nice and goes out of her way to satisfy customers as best as possible.

We stumbled upon this place while looking for a last-minute restaurant for lunch today. What a wonderful discovery, despite my initial hesitation when I saw the storefront tucked away in a shopping area. We received a warm welcome upon entering; the place is pleasant and bright, with a charming little wood-fired oven that adds a delightful touch. The set lunch menu at €25 (starter/main/dessert) offered excellent value for money. The fresh, high-quality ingredients were a real treat for our taste buds. A restaurant I highly recommend.
